4. Shipping

4.1 UK Orders (Website Orders)

Maison Little Star LTD ships within the United Kingdom only for orders placed directly on this website.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery times vary by courier
  • Tracking information will be provided once an order is dispatched

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or any external factors outside our control.

4.2 International Orders (Outside the UK)

For customers outside the United Kingdom, we recommend purchasing through Amazon for faster delivery and lower international shipping costs.

If an international customer chooses to order directly from this website, additional international shipping fees will apply.
These fees will be calculated separately, and the customer will be contacted to confirm the total shipping cost before the order is dispatched.

We will only ship internationally once the customer has agreed to and paid the additional international shipping charge.

If the customer does not agree to the extra cost, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

4.3 Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Issues

Maison Little Star LTD is not responsible for:

  • incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • items marked as “delivered” by the courier
  • lost or stolen parcels after delivery confirmation

4.4 Damaged Parcels (UK Customers Only)

If your order arrives damaged, you may request a free replacement.
To qualify, you must provide:

  • clear photo or video of the damage
  • photo of the outer packaging
  • photo of the shipping label

Once verified, we will send a replacement copy at no additional cost.

5. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

To protect the integrity of our books and spiritual materials:

  • We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds unless a product arrives damaged.

5.1 Damaged Book Policy

If your book arrives damaged, you may request a replacement. You must provide:

  • clear photo or video proof of the damage
  • photo of the outer packaging
  • photo of the shipping label

If approved, a replacement copy will be issued at no extra cost.
We do not refund digital items, journals, or physical books unless damaged.

6. Loss, Theft and Delivery Issues

Once the courier marks the item as “delivered,” we are no longer responsible for:

  • stolen packages
  • packages removed from delivery locations
  • items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer

We may assist in contacting the courier, but replacements are not guaranteed unless the item is confirmed damaged during transit.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • courier delays
  • customs delays (if applicable)
  • misuse of our products
  • loss caused after delivery
