Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the item arrives damaged.

2. No Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

This applies to:

  • Physical books
  • Journals
  • Printed materials
  • Digital products
  • Spiritual materials

3. No Refunds (Except for Damaged Items)

We do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged.

A damaged item qualifies for a free replacement, not a refund.

4. Damaged Items — Replacement Policy (UK Customers Only)

If your order arrives damaged, you may request a replacement.

To qualify, you must provide:

  • Clear photo or video proof of the damaged item
  • A photo of the outer packaging
  • A photo of the shipping label

Once verified, we will send a new replacement copy at no extra cost.

Refunds are not issued for damaged items unless we cannot provide a replacement.

5. International Orders

International customers are encouraged to purchase through Amazon for faster delivery and better shipping rates.

If an international customer orders directly from this website:

  • Additional international shipping costs may apply
  • The customer will be contacted to confirm and pay the extra shipping fee before dispatch
  • If the customer does not agree to the extra cost, the order will be cancelled and refunded

6. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Items marked as “delivered” by the courier
  • Packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Stolen packages after delivery
  • Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or external factors

We may assist in contacting the courier, but replacements are only issued for items confirmed as damaged during transit.

7. Digital Products

All digital items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once downloaded, they cannot be cancelled or reversed.
