1. UK Shipping (Website Orders Only)
Maison Little Star LTD currently ships within the United Kingdom only for orders placed directly on this website.
1.1 Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or UK public holidays.
1.2 Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the courier and your UK location.
Estimated delivery windows will be shown at checkout.
1.3 Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).
1.4 Courier Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Couriers
- Weather conditions
- Strikes
- High seasonal demand
- Any external factors beyond our control
2. International Shipping (Outside the UK)
For customers outside the United Kingdom, we recommend ordering through Amazon, where our books are available with faster and more cost-effective international delivery.
2.1 Ordering Directly From Our Website
If an international customer chooses to buy directly from this website:
- Additional international shipping fees will apply.
- These fees are not included in the normal checkout price.
- We will contact you via email with the correct international shipping cost.
- Your order will only be dispatched once you agree to and pay the additional fee.
If you do not agree to the additional cost, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
3. Delivery Issues
3.1 Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Please check your address carefully before completing checkout.
3.2 Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once a parcel is marked as “delivered” by the courier, we are no longer responsible for:
- Stolen parcels
- Packages taken from doorsteps
- Parcels delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
We may assist you in contacting the courier, but replacements are not guaranteed.
4. Damaged Orders (UK Customers Only)
If your order arrives damaged, you may request a free replacement.
To qualify for a replacement, you must provide:
- Clear photo or video of the damaged item
- Photo of the outer packaging
- Photo of the shipping label
Once verified, we will send a replacement copy at no additional cost.
Refunds are not issued for damaged items unless a replacement cannot be provided.
5. Pre-orders (If applicable)
If you purchase a pre-order item, dispatch times will be clearly stated on the product page.
All items ordered together with a pre-order product will be shipped at the same time unless stated otherwise.
